| Balthazaar will dazzle you. This award-winning restaurant is a favorite of the famous. It’s fancy but it’s not at all stuffy. Make sure you have booked reservations at least 3 - 4 weeks before coming on this trip. You’ll be VERY glad you did. Enjoy the fantastic service, stunning atmosphere right out of a 1940’s movie, and make sure you get the seafood tower appetizer. Balthazar may be the one of the coolest restaurants in the country.
